This data is used solely for providing and managing subscription services. We do not collect, use, or share any additional personal or sensitive user data beyond what is necessary for the subscription functionality.
Purpose: The device ID is collected to ensure a subscription can only be used on a single authorized device, as per our subscription terms.
Retention: The device ID is stored securely and associated with the user’s account. It is deleted along with the user account during the deletion process.
The collected data is securely stored in Firebase services and processed in compliance with security best practices to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a user has no ongoing active subscriptions, they may request deletion of their account and associated data. If the user has an active subscription, they must cancel the subscription before initiating the deletion process.
● Retention Period: After initiating an account deletion request, user data, including the device ID, will be retained for 30 days. This retention period is designed to allow users to recover their account in case of accidental or unintended deletion.
● At the end of the retention period, all associated user data, including email, UID, and device ID, will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
We implement industry-standard security practices to safeguard the collected user data. However, no system can guarantee 100% security, and users are advised to use strong passwords and keep their account credentials secure.
